Kangaroo paws are an iconic Australian clumping plant, and one of our most famous West Australian wildflowers. Unfortunately, they can be short-lived, especially in eastern climates that don’t have perfectly-draining sandy soils.
Luckily, Ozbreed have released a range of extremely tough and reliable kangaroo paws. I’ve trialled the gold one from this list in my Brisbane garden the last two years, and it completely blows any of the others I’ve been growing out of the water both in terms of bright colouring and toughness.
